Our Carrot cake is a moist and sweet spice cake. Made with our mix of whole grain flour, toasted walnuts, raisins and of course plenty of grated fresh carrot. Topped with our tasty and delicious handmade sweet cream cheese and finished with dehydrated carrot flakes giving it color and texture.
