How do I apply an offer code?
On the Cart or Checkout Page click on 'Enter a promo code' then enter the code and click 'Apply'. If the code has been succesfully applied, you should see the details of your discount in the Order Summary.
When will I receive my order?
We deliver Monday to Saturday.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

I have a nut allergy. Can you guarantee that no nuts will touch my cake?
Our bakery is 100% vegan and gluten free. We handle nuts / peanuts and if you have a severe allergy then you must take this into considetation when ordering, we do make sure there is adequate cleaning and disinfection to prevent cross contamination between our cakes.

How do I specify a delivery date?
If you would prefer delivery outwith the standard 2 business days, please specify your preferred date by clicking 'Add a note' on the Cart Page or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
